The skies grew dark, and some say the very earth shook on the day I was born…. Of course the BGH is very near some train tracks.

 Regardless, I’m a Manitoba native, raised for the first few years in Neepawa, then Virden, before the torch wielding mob seemed to lose track of us here in Brandon. I attended Linden Lanes elementary, Vincent Massey Jr. & Sr, high, B’U. (For an unprecedented on and off 7 years…. Still with no degree! ), then finally ACC’s media course, where I learned the all-important lesson, there is a fine line between tenacity and stupidity.

I’ve lived out of a car in Winnipeg,  a backpack in Australia, and of course my Parents spare room here in Brandon.  My Son Tristan lives in a fly-speck of a town on the Ocean in NSW, Australia, and currently my wife Sara and I live in the University area- I met her sitting in one of my favorite pubs, and every day she challenges me to be worthy of her.

 As a returning prodigal son in Brandon (to wax philosophically….) I can honestly say that in all my travels- it’s always been Home- and full of some of the Best people in the world. I believe that life itself is an unparalleled education, and am looking forward to seeing the next surprise along the way... and having a tonna Fun.
